CAD Senior Modeling Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the support of 3D model modeling requirements in the development and operation of CAE simulation cloud platform, and cooperate to complete the development and repair of geometric model parametric automatic modeling module.

2. Cooperate with algorithm engineers to realize automatic modeling and editing of 3D models through programs or scripts, such as chamfering, fillet, cutting, drilling, Boolean operations, etc.

3. Cooperate with CAD algorithm engineers to automatically identify surface defects of the model and realize automatic repair and lightweight of the model.

Requirements:

1. Understand commonly used OCC libraries (such as Parasolid, OpenCasCade, Huatian DGM, etc.);

2. Familiar with at least one CAD software secondary development module API use process;

3. Have certain programming language ability (such as C, C#, VB, Python, etc.) and script driving ability;

4. Understand the formats of commonly used open source CAD files (such as Iges, Step, Stl, etc.), and be able to edit based on geometric features in the text state.
