Responsibilities:

1. Design the database structure of material parameters such as composition, thermal properties and mechanical properties of metal, non-metal and composite materials;

2. Collect material data through different channels and fill the material database;

3. Data analysis and processing based on material database to meet the requirements of process simulation;

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in material science

2. Material mechanics, metal science, material science and other professional background, familiar with commonly used engineering metal materials, non-metallic materials, ceramics, composite materials and 3D printing materials;

3. Master the mechanical performance parameters and thermophysical parameters such as elasticity, plasticity, strength and toughness of materials;

4. Be familiar with a database system (DBMS): such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc., and master the basic operations of database creation, query, update and deletion;

5. Master common material data analysis software, such as Origin, jade, XRD, TEM, JMatPro, Nano measure, etc;

6. At least 3 years of experience in experimental analysis of metallic or non-metallic materials, or working experience in material testing and testing institutions;
