The MES implementation project of Tongwei Solar (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. aims to use advanced management concepts to create a manufacturing execution management system (MES). The system is deeply integrated into the core process of production and manufacturing, covering key links such as planning and scheduling, operation scheduling, process monitoring, material management, on-site operation monitoring, quality management, equipment management and workshop visualization, realizing digital and transparent management of the whole production process. Through equipment integration technology, the system can not only forward and reverse track real logistics, but also associate equipment parameters, process parameters and product data to promote the deep integration of workshop informatization and automation. This system significantly optimizes the utilization of workshop resources, improves the efficiency of equipment, ensures the accuracy and efficiency of production command, enhances the ability of data recording, analysis and statistics, and comprehensively improves the informatization level and production efficiency of workshop management.
