In September 2017, with the financial support of the national intelligent manufacturing new mode application project, we will vigorously promote the construction of MES system for camera module manufacturing plants, uncover the "black box" of workshop production information management, help enterprises improve their manufacturing management capabilities, and lay the foundation for the transformation and upgrading of enterprise intelligent manufacturing and the creation of core competitiveness in the information environment. The MES project of the enterprise helps the enterprise to establish a set of efficient production management information platform, which enables the information exchange between the on-site executive layer and the management layer of the enterprise, improves the collaborative office ability of various production departments, improves the production efficiency, realizes the transparency of workshop management and control, and reduces the operating cost, product defect rate and energy consumption per unit output value. At the same time, MES meets the requirements of national GMP regulations, and has passed the computerized system verification, won the recognition of customers, and finally passed the acceptance of the national intelligent manufacturing new model project.
